SR. BENEDICTA WARD is a member of the Sisters of the Love of God, an Anglican religious community.  She is a fellow of Harris Manchester College, Oxford, where she teaches and is a Reader in the history of early Christian spirituality at the Theology Faculty in Oxford. Her writings include the following:
