Origen,

IN 2012 Dr. Marina Mohn Pradel, an archivist on the staff  of the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek in Munich identified twenty-nine Greek homilies in Codex Monacensis Graecus 314, a twelfth-century Byzantine manuscript, as works by Origen. Professor Lorenzo Perrone of the University of Bologna, an internationally respected scholar of Origen, verified the identification of the hitherto lost homilies on the Psalms. Internal evidence suggests that these homilies are the latest of Origen’s extant works, composed shortly before his arrest and torture during the Decian persecution of 251, which led to his death.
